We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with security seal intact, and in its original packaging. We are now offering a monthly subscription on selected products! Subscribe to save 10% on tubes of your favourite chlorine-removal products, automatically shipped out on the same day each month. You can pause your subscription at any time, or cancel after a minimum of three [3] monthly shipments.
You can order individual tubes of TRISWIM Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and/or Lotion in both the original and kids range with our subscription service. Look for the 'Subscribe & Save' option within the product.

Your order will be charged to your chosen payment method and shipped on the same day each month of your original purchase [ie. if your first order was placed April 24th, your next order will be charged/sent May 24th, and so on.
